Definition:
Physical products refer to any tangible merchandise we sell, including but not limited to branded apparel, swag, printed materials, and other shipped goods.

Return & Refund Policy:
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, returns and refunds for physical products are subject to the following conditions:

Return Eligibility:
- Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and labels still attached.

Return Shipping:
- Returns are free for products that are defective, or the return is due to our error.
- To begin a return, contact our support team for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.

Defective or Damaged Items:
Notify us within 7 days of receipt and include clear photographs of the damage or defect.

We will, at our discretion, either replace the item or issue a full refund (including original shipping charges).

Restocking Fees:
A restocking fee of 15% of the item’s purchase price may apply to returns that are not due to defects or company error.

Exclusions:
Custom‑printed, personalized, or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of damage or defect.

Refund Processing:
​Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
